We’re pleased to offer fully automated laser cutting services to all of our clients. Our high-performance 4kW Fibre Laser incorporates the latest technology and can cut steels to 20mm depth.

We offer fully automated production of our laser cutting services. This means your project is not slowed by staff downtime or close periods. This 24-7 production process offers vastly reduced lead times and means we can provide precision lasered sheets to extremely tight deadlines to single capacities of up to ten tonnes in every 24 hour period.

10 tonne capacity

Our machine can cut sheets with total weight of ten tonnes.

+/-0.1mm accuracy

Our precision tools are accurate to within 0.1mm.

0.5mm cutting line

Intricate shapes and voids are easily and quickly produced.

1500 x 3000mm

We can accurately cut sheets up to 1500 x 3000mm in size.

20mm steel

We can laser cut mild steel up to 20mm, stainless to 12mm.

12mm aluminium

We can laser cut aluminium to thicknesses of up to 12mm.

8mm copper

We can laser cut copper to thicknesses of up to 8mm.

6mm brass

We can laser cut brass to thicknesses of up to 6mm.

The benefits of laser cutting

Cutting with Computerised Numerical Controlled (CNC) Lasers is one of the quickest and most accurate ways to cut complex shapes in a range of metals.

Our state-of-the-art machine needs minimum operator involvement and, once set up, can perform autonomous 24/7 production on jobs with batch weights of 10 tonnes. Sheet cycling allows continuous production to reach an unlimited Maximum tonnage for your job.

Our services can be undertaken to an accuracy tolerance of +/- 0.1mm and, depending on the thermal characteristics of the chosen material, we can cut holes with a minimum diameter of half the material’s thickness. We can also cut holes and openings with continuous measurements suitable for threading and our cutting line is usually smaller than just 0.5mm – that’s half the thickness of a credit card!
