STILLAGES

stillages, pallets, a-frames and racking

The stillage specialists

We have decades of experience in designing and building custom, mass-produced or modular stillages and racking systems for a variety of high-profile and international clients.

We provide reliable MIG and TIG welding services on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium and our fully trained staff offer the highest standard of coded welding to EN287-1 classification. This work meets all approvals for heavily regulated sectors such as the rail and automotive industry which we are regularly involved in. Alongside design and build we also offer comprehensive surface-preparation and finishing through our on-site painting, powder-coating and shot-blasting facilities.

solid construction

All our stillages, frames and racking systems are manufactured from square hollow steel, solid steel bar and sheet or plate steel to suit your requirements for strength and weight.

fit for anything

Our stillages are strong and reliable for the transport or storage of all types of goods, from forklift use to full HGV body installations. All our stillages can be fitted with compartments and material enclosures to provide soft protection for sensitive equipment.

fit for industry

Our British steel stillages are fire-proof, can withstand impacts and can be built to connect together or stack vertically - reducing the required footprint.

custom finish

All of our stilages, frames and racking products can be powder-coated to give a durable and attractive finish in any combination of colours.

quality build

Manufactured by our own in-house team, our products are built to last with precise MIG and TIG welding expertise and comprehensive load testing undertaken.
